Question: What should I do if my NRGVault 10,000mAh Rugged Power Bank is not working?

Answer:

  • Not Charging Devices:

    • Ensure the USB cable is working and properly connected.
    • Check if the power bank has sufficient charge (press the Power button to check indicator lights).
  • Power Bank Won’t Charge:

    • Try a different USB charger or cable.
    • Make sure the power bank is not exposed to extreme temperatures.
  • LED Torch Won’t Turn On:

    • Press and hold the Power button to activate.
    • Ensure the power bank has enough battery to operate the flashlight.
